Payment Information

• Unless otherwise indicated, all payments are in US Dollars.
• Depending upon the country from where transaction is made, additional charges may be added by a credit card’s issuing bank or payment processors as international transaction fees, etc.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Live Stream Events:

• Members can cancel a live event booking 72 hours prior to starting time of the event.
• If a live event is cancelled by Funndu, full refund will be given to the members who had paid for the event.
• If there are technical difficulties at the streaming source at Funndu, which prevents broadcast of the event, full refund will be given to the members who had paid for the event.

Awards and Promotional Items from Celebrities:

• Members are responsible for the shipping and handling fees, which will be mentioned during check out. If a member is not interested, then they should send an email to sales@funndu.com disclaiming the offer.
• No Returns or Refund.

Auction Items:

• Winning bidder can cancel the order within 72 hours after the end of auction by sending email to sales@funndu.com.
• Payment for winning bids must be made within Five (5) days of the end date and time of the auction. If the payment has not been made within the specified period of time, the next highest bid from a user with both a different user identification and email address shall be declared the winner.
• No Returns or Refund.
